Patient Participation Group
The Patient Participation Group, newly formed in 2011, is a group of Mann Cottage Surgery patients who come together to provide a forum for the patients of Mann Cottage Surgery.
The Patient Participation Group meet regularly with members of the practice team thus providing a valuable interface between the patients and the practice.
A PPG comments/question box together with question slips are available in the waiting room. The box is checked regularly.
If you have any queries of a general nature about the practice or the service you have received which you would like to have answered please use one of the question slips and put your query into the box for the PPG. The group will discuss any comments and queries brought to their attention.
