The practice will record and store any telephone, email or other communication with you in order to check any instructions given to us, for training purposes, record’s accuracy, medico-legal purposes, crime prevention and to improve the quality of our services.
All call recordings are held on a dedicated & secure PC which can be accessed by authorised staff only.
